7th July 2020
Dear Parents/ Carers,
Trust you and family are well.
We have just two weeks to the end of the school year!
We know for about four months most of you have not been to school and we miss you!
Today we welcome some Year 5 pupils to join some of our Year 6 and Key Workers children. We are looking forward to seeing them because we have not seen some of these children since March.
The school is ready for them, we are sure with our robust risk assessment, and action plans, Park Hill Junior School is a safe place for them to rekindle that much-loved relationship.
Our staff are always prepared for the enjoyment of learning that comes with being in our school.
There are some activities on the calendar that are still going on including virtual events to say good bye to the year 6 pupils over the next two weeks.
We are currently working on our risk assessment and plans for full reopening in September and look forward to welcoming the children from the week beginning 7th September 2020.
We will send details of what we anticipate September to look like and will be posting items on our website to reassure you of all we are doing to ensure as safe a start as possible for everyone.
Meanwhile stay alert and keep safe.
Ann Pratt – Headteacher.
